So I have been experimenting with latte art for the past couple of weeks and let me tell you, it is tough in the beginning. I attempted my first rosetta design and it turned out HORRIBLE! I use a gaggia espresso machine and I have made some excellent lattes from the machine, but I am having a hard time forming a perfect rosetta. How long did it take some of you guys to make that perfect rosetta, or some other design? I have a friend that works in a coffee shop and he makes the perfect rosetta that I have been trying to make. He also makes an apple that is phenomenal! I would like to try the apple design, but I think I need to work on the basic designs first.
