So I was reading up on reviews the other day for the best espresso machine to purchsae that makes the best capresso, coffee, you name it! I found that the Rancilio Silvia gets high marks for excellent espresso, features, ease of use and the near professional quality construction. It is housed in a durable stainless steel, the Silvia has a forged brass boiler along with a 12 ounce capacity and three way solenoid value (releases pressure after pulling a shot). It is steam ready in 20 seconds! It can brew a shot of espresso in 20 seconds and steam eight ounces of milk in 45 seconds. Ok, I am going to go buy this guys, see ya! This is an awesome machine, but the price is up there, I'm sure. Does anyone have this machine? How do you like the quality of the espresso?
