I love espresso and I frequent coffee shops such as Starbucks on a regular basis to get my daily shot of energy in a cup. Recently I decided to check out espresso coffee machines thinking that I could save myself some money and make my own espresso at home. I did some online searches and was amazed at the different types of machines available on the market today. Commercial espresso machines, espresso coffee machines for the home and automatic espresso machines were all just a mouse click away. Mmmm I thought soon I will be making my own espresso and saving all kinds of money just by not having to drive to Starbucks on a daily basis. Then I took a look around my kitchen. Something will have to go to make room for my new automatic espresso machine. Well I guess the rotisserie can go since I have used it once in five years. Same with the George Forman grill, the automatic juicer and the Ronco food dehydrator that were going to save me money. Hmm, maybe I better forego the espresso machine and just keep stopping at the coffee shop. After all I never have been able to make a good biscotti.
