espresso coffee machinesI found a great little art gallery/restaurant in my neighborhood this week, and they also serve espresso. They have several espresso coffee machines, and do make a good cup of espresso. Their sandwiches are also top notch; the food is fresh and unlike other restaurants, the serving sizes are reasonable, as are the prices. I think that restaurants are discovering that people would rather pay less for a serving size that is smaller, but still filling. But I digress. Their coffee and espresso is really good. The coffees are prepared with good water (not local tap), which makes a good cup of espresso. They are doing that for a couple of good reasons, I'm sure. First, the water here is hard enough to ruin espresso coffee machines before their life expectancy is up. Second, their customers love a good cup of espresso from espresso coffee machines, and this is about the best I've found within an easy driving distance of home. It's just east of Walmart in Apache Junction, AZ, for those of you who live in the Phoenix area.
