latte, cappachinoI am an avid coffee fan. I cannot start my day without it. We have an automatic espresso machine which is set in the evening for the next day so when we wake up it is ready for us. I used to go to coffee shops during the day for a latte or cappachino but with the economy such as it is, making these drinks at home has become a hobby for me. Dinner is never complete without dessert and either a latte, cappachino or just plain espresso. I have learned how to make a great mocha latte using chocolate in the cup before pouring in the espresso and hot milk. I do especially love whipped cream so that is always present in any of my drinks. My friends love to come to my house for dinner just because they know there will be a great dessert and coffee. If this keeps up, I will have to buy a commercial espresso machine and maybe open up my own little coffee shop for the neighborhood. I really think that would be a great way to make a little extra money and also entertain friends.
